Joanna Connor Performs after June Meeting
After the June Meeting at Nino’s
Big Cities Lounge in Rockford , Blind Pig Records recording artist Joanna Connor
performed three superb sets of tunes for a very happy crowd at the café.
Joanna’s wicked licks and slide guitar were accompanied by Chicago guitarist
Quintas McCormick. The two blended well and went back and forth leading on
blues standards and many of Joanna’s original songs that she has recorded for
Blind Pig Records.
