Crossroads  General Membership Meeting -

Saturday, March 12, at 8 p.m. - Big Cities Lounge

There will be a lot to discuss at this meeting. We will bring everyone up-to-date on Blues in the Schools plans with Ann Rabson. If you aren’t familiar with Ann, she is the piano playing member of Saffire, the Uppity Blues Women. Our BITS committee has been hard at work on making all of the arrangements. You will want to hear all about the plans for April.

It is also time to hold the election for a new Vic-President for the Society. Gary Neu was elected to the position last year. However, Gary recently moved to Madison and has resigned his position.

Anyone who is interested in the position should send me an e-mail stating your desire to be the Vice-President of the Blues !!!!!  (Society, that is !!)

Following the meeting, stick around for a performance by the Brother K Band, lead by local bassist Dave Kaye and featuring Bob Levis on guitar and Link Leary on drums, both from Ernie & the Po’ Boys.
So mark your calendars - and we’ll see there for a night of Blues !!!!!!

Mem Shannon – don’t miss the funky blues from New Orleans !! – Thursday, March 24
